Choose one of our two amazingly affordable accommodation opportunities, a beautiful Waterfront Home or the Hatteras Yacht, moored on the same property.  Great for family reunions, two groups of friends, you design it, it's your holiday! PirateHead Cove is a place to relax and enjoy some of the best waterfront that the Key West area offers.
Sun yourself in the private courtyard surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palms...or step off the private dock into the warm, crystal clear ocean for a snorkel or swim.... or watch the dolphins frolic while enjoying your coffee or cocktails on the patio..all from this beautiful waterfront setting!
We enjoy our guests and want to make your holiday a memorable one. If you desire something different, just ask..we will do our best to make it happen.

What PirateHead Cove is NOT, is a weekend party house, a bachelor party setting, or college spring break get-away. As such we do not rent to college students or spring-breakers. Please consider booking elsewhere if what you are looking for is a weekend to party hard and loud.

I just returned from our visit over the Easter Holiday weekend. 4 of us (2 couples in the 30ish age range) stayed in the house. We spent our time lounging around, metal detecting, cooking, feeding the fish, and sight seeing. The property was great! The house was clean. The kitchen and living area look out onto the deck to the water. The landscaping is very tropical and is lit at night. On site there is a gas grill, hot tub, and outside dining area. We grilled dinner every night and heated left overs the next day for lunch. Our second night we invited the owners to dine with us. My favorite part was feeding the fish and hanging out with the property owners. They offer 1/2 day and full day charters on a pontoon boat and bikes (which we did not do this visit). It would be super easy to bike into town since you are just a block or two to the last bridge that goes onto the Island of Key West. It is an easy drive to Smather's Beach, Publix, Downtown...well any where. I would recommend this property to most anyone but book early if you are considering it. Thanks Michelle and Jeff! We hope to get the chance to stay again real soon!

My wife and I, and another couple just stayed here for 4 nights. The first night we stayed on the yacht because the house was occupied by another family. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was neat. The Yacht was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The other nights (3) we stayed in the home which was extremely comfortable as well, very clean and kept well. It was like staying in paradise. I am extremely glad that we decided to stay here and not a hotel. Michele and Jeff the owners and very nice and like to get to know the people that stay there. They let us know of places near by to go to,to have a good time and to get great food. Mallory square is app. 10-15 mins by moped depending on traffic and 8-10 mins to Duval St. We had a great time. This is a must see and I would definately say a MUST STAY..... WE LOVED IT. This was our honeymoon and the other couples anniversary and we are planning to go back next year to stay again.

Great hospitality, comfortable stay on the boat. Easy cooking with grill, and perfect with the outdoor shower for a larger group.

If you wish, take out the pontoon suncruiser to explore a bit on your own or find a private cove for a romantic getaway afternoon. You can also have our licensed Captain take you, while you sit back and relax. Dolphin watching, sunset cruises, tour the perimeter of the island!
